11. SESSION RECORDING PROHIBITION

Recording of sessions between Experts and Clients is prohibited unless explicit consent is obtained from all participants. Users who record sessions without proper consent are solely responsible for any legal consequences that may arise.

12. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information.

13. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The updated Privacy Policy will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective Date." Significant changes will be communicated to users via email or platform notification.
